New Grandbaby is here!

There is lots of excitement in our family tonight as my niece just gave birth to beautiful baby girl.  Her Mom and Dad are doing fine and may actually get a bit of sleep tonight. Neither one did any sleeping since she went in the hospital yesterday.

Now it is time for me to pick out a great personalized baby gift for her.

As I read my brother's email I had to think back to when my first child was born. I was so scared and excited and overwhelmed with the thought that I was now responsible for this tiny new life. But nothing could compare with the awe that I felt when I first held her.  Every birth is truely a miracle.
