Unusual Names on Christmas Gifts

When my first husband and I married, we immediatly agreed that our first son and daughter would be named after their grandparents. And so as time went we had a daughter named Helen Estela and a son named Victor John.  When I remarried I added Tarinda, Sayra, Christiana, and Patrick. We later added a foster daughter named Tami.

Looking at that list of names you know I never found a magnet, keychain  or any trinket with any of my kids names.  Trust me, I looked!

Each of my kids knew the origin and reason for their name and through the years have insisted on their names being spelled right and pronounced right and resisted all attempts at nicknames.  So, when Kim told me about her business, I was sold.  Kids love their names. And they love seeing them in print.

If your children have unusual or ethnic names a Personalized Gift is the perfect gift idea for Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa. It is a way of not only honoring the child, but their heritage, family and community.

This is just one of the reasons I love working with Kidoodles by Kim.

One of Kim's elves,

Grandma Helen
